Formed as a planned development district of the Town of Cary in 2005, Cameron Pond has evolved into a fully built-out residential development.

As our community is fully built-out, our community association is now entirely run by community residents with the help of Omega Association Management. Our executive board makes decisions on behalf of our community while Omega Association Management helps carry out and implement the decisions our board makes.
