Committee Positions

The purpose of our architectural review committee is to help review requests from homeowners who desire to improve their properties and determine if the planned improvements meet the Architectural Review Guidelines of the community.

Qualifications

  • Resident who is interested in architectural review

  • Familiar with guidelines and implementation of landscaping plans

  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative fashion

The purpose of our pool committee is to help keep up our pool facility in tip-top shape and guide further improvements.

The purpose of our social committee is to use funds from the association to organize several social events throughout the year that caters to the residents in Cameron Pond

The purpose of this committee is to be the creative force for the Board of Directors to bring ideas that will improve aesthetics of Cameron Pond common areas.
